This contract between the Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services and an Independent Living service provider (like we are aiming to become) is both interesting reading from the legal point-of-view and a possible template for contracts we will need to write.
Mg main question after reading this document is: who is the legal attorney for Envision Success? I assume that we do not have one at this time, but this contract demonstrates a need for one. That need raises questions about how to pay legal fees out of grant monies with a high level restriction on their use for paying overhead costs.
